Delivery methods

  • Colissimo to your address (mainland France and Monaco): delivery within 48/72 hours after dispatch, as a guide.
  • Colissimo collection point (France): delivery to a post office, partner shop or locker; the collection point is chosen immediately after payment and remains visible from your order tracking.
  • Colissimo international collection point: available to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
  • Colissimo with signature: European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom and other international destinations open for sale.
  • Colissimo Overseas: French overseas departments and territories served (Antilles-Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Pacific).

Whichever delivery method you choose, you can track your parcel online on the carrier’s website. The maximum accepted weight is 30 kg per order delivered to an address (around 256 bottles) and around 15 kg to a collection point; beyond that, contact sales@permatan.fr for a tailored shipping quote (reply within 24 working hours).

Delivery charges cover packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot merge two separate orders and you will have to pay the delivery charge for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk; particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.

Parcels are generously sized and protected.

Deliveries are made to the address given on the order form, which may only be within the agreed geographical area. Risk passes to the Buyer from the moment the products leave PERMATAN®’s premises.
In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given as a guide only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the Buyer refunded.

Delivery charges:

Delivery charges depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer and are calculated on the order as a whole. They are shown to the Buyer at the end of the order, before the Buyer confirms it.

Where a refund is requested for an order that has already been delivered, only the returned goods will be refunded: the delivery charge, having been “used up” to get the parcel to you, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Once the statutory withdrawal period has passed, PERMATAN® reserves the right to accept or refuse a request for exchange or refund made by the customer. Indeed, if the product purchased is free of hidden defects, the seller is not obliged to take it back. The seller may rely on the binding force of the contract of sale to treat the sale as firm and final and to reject any request for a refund from the customer. A customer who has made a mistake in their order or in the delivery address has no right to obtain a refund by returning the product.

Buyers are reminded that any goods that have been unsealed or bear marks of trial, use or wear will be systematically refused, especially where the products come into direct contact with the skin. The buyer must return the goods in their original condition and packaging.

Where goods held by the carrier (post office or distribution point) are not collected within the time allowed, the delivery charge is not refunded and a flat fee of TWELVE EUROS will be charged to cover case handling, inspection of the goods and return to stock.

Once the goods are back at our premises, we will inspect their condition and, after reviewing your case, we will let you know whether we agree or not, along with the procedure to follow.

EXPORT DELIVERY

Should the recipient refuse to pay import customs duties, our general terms and conditions of sale provide that payment for the order is not refunded. We do not accept the goods back, as they cannot be resold given the fragility of a dermocosmetic product that has undergone significant temperature changes in storage and handling conditions beyond our control.
