Refund policy

The PERMATAN® Skin Tone Corrector lotion comes with a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the concealing result, after applying the product in line with the conditions of use set out on the site and on the bottle, you may request a refund of your first purchase, subject to conditions.

Conditions

• The product must have been used within thirty (30) days of the bottle being opened.
• The request must be made before the use-by date printed on the bottle; after that date, no compensation is available.
• The guarantee applies to the first purchase of the product.

How to claim

Send your request by email to sales@permatan.fr, quoting your order number. Once the claim has been reviewed, the refund is calculated on the sale price of the product shown on the invoice, less Colissimo delivery costs.

Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, you also have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order for products returned new, unopened and unused, with return postage at your own expense.
